How is Nourishing Beginnings delivered?

Each Nourishing Beginnings module is delivered in two parts:

• Part one: independent e-learning
  Begin your journey by exploring essential concepts at your own pace through the online modules.
• Part two: virtual peer workshop
  After completing the e-learning, join a virtual workshop led by experienced educators and Registered Dietitians. In this interactive session, you’ll apply your new knowledge and earn a certificate to add to your professional portfolio.
